Alice Jane Crombie was born on April 18, 1908 in Tarnagulla, Victoria, Australia. Her parents were George Henry Crombie (1886-1923) and Eliza Jane Cassidy (1888-1971).^[1]

Alice married Charles William Wooster (born on June 25, 1906 in Loch, Victoria) in 1928 in Victoria.^[2] Known children of this marriage:

Beverley Alice May Wooster (1938–2016).^{[citation needed]}

Alice died about 21 January, 1991 in Kyabram, Victoria, aged about 82.^[3] She was laid to rest at the Kyabram Cemetery, Kyabram, Victoria.^[4]
