Biography

Margaret was born in 1785. She is the daughter of John Cromer and Catherine Brubaker. The date of her birth is based on a footnote to the marriage list from Rockingham County, Virginia, which credits her grandmother with stating that Peggy is twenty-two years old. When she married, Peggy was living with her grandmother (which grandmother is not known), becuase her father and stepmother, with the younger children, had moved to Kentucky. [1]

She passed away in 1850.
