Biography

Orpie Lee Crosby was born in 1873 in Berrien County, Georgia to Paul Isaac Crosby and Mary Ann McDermid.^[1] She married Jordan Tucker Rountree, Sr. in 1895 in Berrien County, Georgia.^{[2][3][4][5][6][7][8]} Orpie passed away in 1950 in Cook County, Georgia and is buried in the Evergreen Baptist Church Cemetery in Sparks, Georgia.^[9][10]
