Biography
Phoebe was born in 1836. She was the daughter of John Crosby and Mary Spencer. She passed away in 1874.
The Geneanet Community places her death in California and the Massachusetts Vital Records has two Phebe's passing away in Massachusetts. I believe, without proof but with the birth of George Balmer in 1874 that she may have died of child birth and this was most likely in Kinderhook where the children before him were born.
