Lydia Crosby was a South Carolina colonist.

Lydia Crosby was born about 1753 in Berkeley, Chester County, Province of South Carolina, the daughter of Dennis Crosby and Hannah Revels.

Lydia is named in her father's will.[1]

She married Benjamin Dove. They had at least two children.

  1. Nancy (Dove) Jennings was born 18 October 1774 in Edgefield, Edgefield, South Carolina.
  2. Laetitia Dove was born 12 October 1785; baptized 24 November 1785 at the Christ Church And Saint Peters in Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, Pennsylvania.[2]
