See [1] which shows a first marriage to an Abigail with dau. Hannah b. Feb 23 1687 , another dau. Abigail b. 1694, d. 1710. Cildren with Hannah Knapp were Deborah and Nathaniel
A John and a nathaniel Cross were granted land in Bedford, ny in 1681. See [2]. This book also mentions that Cross River was named after a family early settlers.
Cross-1059 and Cross-168 appear to represent the same person because: Birth dates on -1059 and -168 are not correct based on his 1st marriage to Abigail by 1686. Birthdate likely to be about 1660. Same 2nd spouse, Hannah Knapp (see bio of -168 for details and sources). Children attached to -1059 shown in bio of -168. Death date on -168 is supported by sources. Please merge,
His daughter, Mary's christening date in bio is for the wrong Mary and Nathaniel. It took place 200 years after Mary's likely christening. In looking at the record on FamilySearch, it shows the 1817 date.
Cross-8332 and Cross-1059 appear to represent the same person because: The Knapp Genealogy states that the parents of Hannah Knapp are not certain, but there should only be one profile for Nathaniel Cross, who is married to Hannah Knapp.
A John and a nathaniel Cross were granted land in Bedford, ny in 1681. See [2]. This book also mentions that Cross River was named after a family early settlers.
