Lydia Mae was born in 1875 in Blountville, Sullivan, Tennessee, United States to the parents of William Stringfield Cross and Elizabeth (Richards) Cross. In 1880, Lydia was four (4) years old living with her parents in Blountville, Sullivan, Tennessee, United States.[1] On January 13, 1895, Lydia married Robert Lee Haney in Washington, Tennessee, United States.[2] They had one (1) child, Elizabeth "Bessie" Haney, born on October 30, 1897, in Bristol, Sullivan, Tennessee, United States.[3] Bessie married Fred A. Einhaus on December 19, 1922 in Hamilton, Ohio, United States[4] Lydia died in 1899 in Bristol, Bristol City, Virginia, USA and is buried in East Hill Cemetery, Bristol, Sullivan County, Tennessee, USA[5]
