Chancery SALE.--pursuant to a decree made at November term 1831, of the Circuit court for Davidson County in the suit in Chancery, Samuel Steele,
Guardian of Charles M. Hall, Eliza Ann Hall, and Austin L. Hall,
infants, complainants, against John B. Hall, William Hall, John G. Neely and Nancy his wife, Maclin Cross and Polly his wife, James H. Shropshire and Elizabeth his wife, there will be exposed for sale at public auction by the clerk and Master of said court, on the 28th day of August next, at the court house in Nashville, for cash, one hundred and eighty acres and 125 poles of land lying in Davidson County, being that part of a tract of land on which the late Charles M. Hall lived, laid off for the said defendants by R. Weakley, G. Pennington, E. H. East, three of the commissioners appointed by said court to divide said tract of land, between said complainants and said defendants.
