Henry, son of Harry Crossan and Isabella Coole was born on 19 May 1893 at Port Erin, and baptised on 24 September 1893 at Rushen, Isle of Man.[1], [2]
In the 1901 Census, Henry was counted in the household of his mother Isabella, at West Derby in Lancashire, England. [3]
Research Notes
Unconfirmed information regarding his death. He traveled to Canada and Australia. He married & divorced and had a child in England. Remarried in Australia, had a daughter and possibly a son but the latter is not verified.[4]
Marriage: Henry James Crossan married Jane Patterson in 1925 (NSW BDM 10925/1925)
Henry James Crossan passed away in 1972 (NSW BDM 67574/1972) Parents: James & Elizabeth. The exact date of his death was confirmed in a letter by his grand daughter to Carol Hinchliff. The family is aware of the parents names being incorrect, but they do not know why this is so.
