Biography

Henry was born about 1844. He was the son of John Crouse and Christina Wagoner. He passed away in 1926. He is buried in the Henry McDaniel Crouse Cemetery Alleghany County, North Carolina, USA. His grave is marked with the Cival War service logo and the memorial indicated: Enlisted Co I 61st NC Inf 8/23/1862.  : 1910; Census Place: Gap, Alleghany, North Carolina establishes his marriage to Martha.
