Minerva Crow was born about March 10, 1828 in Columbiana, Ohio, United States, daughter of Abraham E Crow (1789–1843) and Sarah Hester Thompson (1790–1873).

Minerva (17) married Jackson Brower (18) (born about 1826 in North Carolina; son of Frederick Brower and Helena (Staley) Brower) on August 21, 1845. Their children were:

Minerva died about October 18, 1856 in Putnam, Ohio, aged about 28. She was buried in Crow Cemetery, Glandorf, Putnam County, Ohio.[1]
