My parents Wallen Crowder and Ellen Jacobs developed an ancestry file with support of Norman K Crowder ( notable Crowder Canadian genealogists ) about 1993 and finally ended with Wm being born about 28 Feb 1858 at Charing Cross, Kent County, Ontario. This file is in my possession, no sources and it seems Raleigh Twp. files are scarce.
he married Mary Earl on the 22 August 1885 in Chatham, Ontario, Ontario, Canada. she is the daughter of Samuel Earle and Phebe Ann Northrup. Here he and father are recorded as Crawder. several Crawder transcriptions, but found no families records
in 1891 they are living in Chatham Township with their children George1886, Clara1888, Alfred1890 and 7 Saulsbury step children John1868, Mary1870, Albert1872, William1874, Edward1876, Elizabeth1878, Alice 1881 
in 1901 they are still in Chatham Township with George, Isabella, Alfred and stepdaughter Alice Salisbury 
in 1911 they are living in Kent East, Chatham, Ontario, Canada with granddaughter Stella Brewer1898 
his wife Josephine Josephine Alvina "Mary" died on the 20 Jul 1912 in Chatham township, Kent, Ontario, Canada
