Flora was born on December 21, 1900 at Huntsville in Scott County, Tennessee. She was the daughter of Richard Caswell Crowley and Elmira (Chambers) Crowley. She married McKinley Dobbs on November 19, 1922 in Scott County.[1]
She passed away from carcinoma of the cervix on March 14, 1938 in Scott County.[2] She was buried in Peaceful Rose Garden Cemetery in the Almy area of Scott County, Tennessee, USA.[3]
