Biography

Effie Delia Crozier was born on January 10, 1881, in Collin, Texas.^[1] She was the daughter of Andrew Crozier and Arona Mathews. In the year 1900 they were living in Clay Co., Texas, were Effie was a School Teacher, and her father Andrew was a book Keeper for a Lumber Co.^[2]

Effie Delia Crozier married Eli Virgil Harbison in Clay, Texas, on April 26, 1903, when she was 22 years old.^[3] They had three children.

1. Samuel Brents Harbison (1904-1968).^[4]
2. Lewis Andrew Harbison (1907-1974)
3. Mary Arona (Harbison) Slaughter (1909-2006)

She died as a young mother on February 1, 1910, in Bellevue, Texas, at the age of 29, and was buried there in the Bellevue Cemetery.^[1]
