Maria Crumpton was born on 12 July 1812 at Richmond, Hawkesbury, New South Wales, Australia, the first child of Thomas Crump and Mary Johnson[1] and her siblings were Thomas Crumpton Jr [half], Isaac Crump [half], George Webb [half], Caroline (Crumpton) Brown, Arthur Benjamin Crumpton, Harriet (Crumpton) Knott, Francis Crumpton, Samuel Crump, Charles Crumpton, Hannah Ailse (Crump) Sherwood, William John Lake [half], Louisa (Lake) Perry [half] and Thomas Lake [half].
When she was born she already had two teenage older half brother's from her father's marriage to Mary Harrison and a half brother born in 1811 from her mother's marriage to Edward Webb and her sister Caroline was born on 22 January 1814.
Maria died on 5 December 1814, when she was only 29 months old, at Richmond, New South Wales, Australia[2][3].
