Ramon Cruz is the son of Romulo Cruz and Amada (Hernandez) Cruz. [1] On November 3, 1903, when Ramon was 18, he married 17 year old Maria Adela Gónzalez, a daughter of Valeriano Gonzales and Juanita Salvidar. The marriage ceremony was performed in Bustamante, Nuevo León, México [2]
Ramon brought his family from Neuvo Leon, Mexico to Larado, Webb County, Texas, October 12, 1912 [3]
By 1910, Ramon and his family were residing in Atascosa County. On April 1, 1940, when the census was taken, Adela was still living in Atascosa county, but she was listed as a widow. We know that Ramon died prior to that date, but are still investigating his actual date of death.
