Biography

Bernard was born 10 August 1902 in Key West, Florida.[1] He was the son of Sylvester "Betty" Cruz and Irene Ethel Russell.

He married Mary Elizabeth Lowe circa 1927.[2]

Bernard died on 2 January 1960 in Broward County, Florida,[3] and he is buried there in the Dania Memorial Park.[4]
