Biography
in the Union Army during the civil war, stationed at Leavenworth, Kansas. Was discharged in 1865 due to age. Pension file Rozman Cruzan, Co.E.12 kansas Inf. date filed 2/24/1880. App No. 346636. He lived near Willow springs, douglas county, Kansas. 6ft 1 1/2 inches tall Light complexion, blue eyes, grey hair. did not receive a pension as he would not fill out the papers. Mary Ann Cruzan questions if it had something to do with the fact that he had a second wife. (Hmm why would that matter)
Rosaman was born in 1809. He passed away in 1890.
