Had two children:
In 1800 Daniel Cudmore of Manister, Paul Cudmore of Ballymartin, and Edward Cudmore of Limerick, signed their names against the Act of Union.[1]
Son is not Daniel Cudmore (abt.1770-1829) and therefore not the man who died 1829 as reported in the Waterford Mail 13 May 1829 : Daniel Cudmore, Esq. of Ballycahane, in the County Limerick. The Southern Reporter and Cork Commercial Courier 12 May 1829 said: Daniel Cudmore, Esq. of Ballycahane, in the County Limerick; a gentleman much lamented. He was brother-in-law of Colonel Hodder of County Cork. Daughter is not Jane Cudmore (abt.1813-1847) who is the daughter of Daniel Cudmore (abt.1770-1829)
Note given ther common names it is still quite likely that Daniel's children are indeed a Daniel and a Jane - just different ones.
