Biography
When Rebecca Ann Culpepper was born in 1742 in Edgecombe, North Carolina, her father, Benjamin, was 47, and her mother, Elizabeth, was 27. She married John Evans in 1765 in Orange, Virginia. They had seven children in 33 years. She died in 1810 in Nash, North Carolina, at the age of 68.
