Biography

Randall Edwin Culver was born on May 25, 1909 in Mokane, Callaway, Missouri, United States, son of Joseph Orlin Culver (1885–1967) and Hazel Estelle Randall (1889–1944).

In 1910, Randall (1) was living in household of Joe O Culber (25) in Carbondale, Jackson with his parents, Joe O (25) and Hazel E (20). ^[1]

In 1920, Randall (11) was living in household of J O Culver (33) in Saint Aubert, Callaway with his mother, Hazel (30); and J O Culver (33), Randall Culver (10), Wm Randall (55), Roanna Randall (52), and John Randall (80). ^[2]

In 1930, Randall (21) was living in household of Jeseph O Culver (44) at 8469 North Broadway, St Louis with his mother, Hazel R (40); and Jeseph O Culver (44), and Randall E Culver (20). ^[3]

Randall (22) married Mabel Louise Bagby (24) (born on July 2, 1907 in Missouri; daughter of William Leslie Merlin Bagby and Olive Bell (Bell) Bagby) in 1932.^[4] Their child was Randall Culver (~1935–~1995).

In 1940, Randall (31) was living in St Ferdinand, St Louis with his parents, Randell (30) and Mabel (32); and his sister, Glina (7). ^[5]
