Biography
Annie was born in 1883. She is the daughter of James Cumming and Mary Todd. In 1891, at the age of 7, Annie is living in KIrk Street, Avondale, Strathaven, with her parents James and Mary, and her siblings, Robert age 5, William age 2 and also Christina Summers, a general servant age 15. In 1901, at the age of 17, Annie is a student teacher living at 38 Kirk Street, in Avondale, with her parents James and Mary, and her siblings Robert age 15, William age 12, James and John age 7 and with Mary's sister Elizabeth Todd age 45.
