Olive was born on October 24, 1880 in Lapeer County, Michigan. She was the daughter of Daniel Cummings and Huldy Howey. She married Henry Edwin Andrew on November 23, 1896 in Brigden, Lambton, Ontario, Canada. They had 4 children together;
Henry died in 1943 and Olive died in 1960. She was buried at the Bear Creek Cemetery located in Brigden, Lambton County, Ontario, Canada.
