Robert was born 6/13/1912 in California. His father was George Cummins and his mother was Ida Helen Fulkerson, both from California. In 1920 Robert was living with his parents and siblings in Richmond, Contra Costa, California where his father worked at an oil refinery. Robert married Mary Helen Chapman. In 1940 Robert and Mary and their daughter were living in
Judicial Township 15, Contra Costa, California where Robert was a sprayer at an oil refinery. Robert died 11/25/1963 and is buried with family members in the Santa Rosa Rural Cemetery (Plot Fulkerson 54).
