Biography
William was the son of John Cunningham of Caprington.
He married Agnes, daughter of Matthew Campbell of Loudoun, Sheriff of Ayr.[1]
He married Agnes, daughter of William Hamilton, 1st of Sanquhar about 24 Feb 1542.[2] They had issue, including:
