Daniel Burruss in his book The Rinkers of Virginia, states that Elizabeth b 14 Mar 1755 mother was Catherine. His source was a Rinker family Bible. Therefore, Ann Maria died before 1757. Daniel’S book was published by Commercial Press. inc. of Stephon’s City, VA in 1983.
Molly ~ Thanks for your astute observation about the birthplace for https://www.wikitree.com/wiki/Martin-4811. It's because of people like you checking for sources and errors that makes WikiTree better.
Hi, Donald. I honestly have no idea what to do with this information. Who is Bud Barnes? I use Wikitree sporadically and find it a bit overwhelming, to be honest. I did a whole bunch of "tree-building" on Ancestry before I even knew Wikitree existed, and found it too daunting to rebuild on a second site.
Hi Molly, Bud Barnes is my father. He will be 102 in July. My Barnes line runs deep in Missouri and followed Daniel Boone out of North Carolina through the Cumberland Gap to Kentucky. The fact that you share DNA with my father means there is a connection somewhere. According to the match, about 7.6 generations ago.
Although a match not likely my Barnes line but maybe a connection to the Cunningham line. I cannot remember my exact connection so will do some research and get back to you.
Doubtful it's the Cunningham side. I'm related to Daniel Boone, if that helps. Most likely any connection is on my maternal side. I'm working on putting at least my direct ancestors into Wikitree, but it's slow and painful. Haha
Because pre-1700 ancestors are shared by many descendants, working within the projects which coordinate them is essential.
Use the Pre-1700 Projects list to find one which best fits your research focus, whether time period, location, or topic. Read the goals and tasks of the project and join if it is a good fit.

Molly, My mom, where I have all of my information from here on Wikitree, visited the Brushy Baptist Church where Louisa is buried, many years ago. I know my mom took pictures also. (The information on Wikitree comes from the gedcom I uploaded that was my mom's.) My sister has all of my mom's information and research, including photographs. (I got into research after my mother died) I will ask my sister if she can find the photo or documentation about Louisa. There are four, four drawer file cabinets full. It may take a bit of time. :)
