He operated the general store in Caledonia.

FINAL RITES FOR W. CUNNINGHAM AT CALEDONIA

Caledonia, June 30--Funeral services for William Cunningham, resident of this section for more than half a century, who died at his home there Sunday were to be held this afternoon at the Caledonia Congregational Church. The Rev. C.S. Fooks was to officiate assisted by the Rev. E. W. Smith of Argyle. Burial was to be at WIllow Creek.

Mr. Cunningham was born in Glasgow, Scotland, March 13, 1848, and came to this country 53 years ago. In 18277 he married Miss Mary McDonald of Argyle. Before coming to this country he was associated with a wholesale grocery concern and after located in Caledonia conducted a general merchandise store for many years.

There survive a son, William A daughter, Martha, died four years ago and his wife preceded him in death, December 10, 1921. A sister, Mary Cunningham, who lives in Chicago had been with him since last March.

He was a member of Caledonia Congregational Church and M.W.A. Lodge No. 664, of Caledonia. ^[4]
