Elizabeth (Curnow) Thomas was born in Cornwall, England.
Elizabeth was born in 1786 to Peter Curnow and Elizabeth Tonkin, and was Baptised on 19 Nov 1786 in St Just in Penwith, Cornwall.[1]
Widower John Thomas married spinster Elizabeth Curnow. daughter of Peter Curnow, both of the Parish, at St. Just-In-Penwith, Cornwall, England on 24 Jan 1818 by Banns. Witnesses Peter Curnow and John Tregear. [2] [3]
Daughter Elizabeth was Baptised at St Just in Penwith, Cornwall on 28 November 1818. [4] John (Tinner) and Elizabeth lived at Bethorne.
She passed away in 1828, aged 45 and was buried at the St. Euny Churchyard. [5]
Inscription
- In Memory Of James Thomas who died on the 29th March 1853 aged 75 years. Also Elizabeth, his wife, who died on the 3rd Dec 1828 aged 45 years.
