Lillie Nancy Curry was born on 4 Apr 1881 in Smoke Run, Clearfield, Pennsylvania, United States, daughter of Winfield Scott Curry (~1850 - 1930) and Mary Ann (Starr) Curry (~1840 - 1891).
Lillie married George S. Shoff (1876 - 1957) on 19 Jul 1899 in Amesville, Clearfield.
Lillie died on 13 Sep 1962 [1][2]in Ellwood, Beaver, Pennsylvania aged 81.

Formerly of Ramey, died at 3 a.m. today in Ellwood city where she resided at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Clara Tate of 416 Orchard Ave., after two years' illness. She was born in Brisbin on April 4, 1881, a daughter of Winfield and Mary (Starr) Curry and married George S. Shoff, who died in 1957. Surviving are eight children, Mrs. Tate and Mrs. Charles King of Ellwood City, Mrs. Ralph Dunlap of Clearfield, Russell J., of LaPuenta, Calif., Theodore R. and Ernest of Akron, Ohio, Norman W., of Cleveland,, Ohio and Paul G. of Battle Creek, Mich.; 20 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren and two sisters, Mrs. Mary Couperthwait of Baltimore and Mrs. Mae Frasher of Wilmington, Del. She moved from Ramey to Ellwood City in 1942 and there attended the Bell Memorial Presbyterian Church. Friends will be received at the Turner Funeral Home, Ellwood City, this evening and at Hayes Funeral Home, Houtzdale, after 2 p.m. tomorrow.
