Biography

Rhoda Curtis was born on February 1, 1798 in Canaan, Columbia, New York, United States, daughter of Samuel Allen Curtis (1763–1851) and Patience Smith (1767–1851).

Rhoda (20) married Reuben Smith (21) (born about 1796 in Canaan) on October 18, 1818 in Congregational Church And Society Of New Canaan Atcanaann Four Corners, Canaan.

Rhoda died on December 2, 1864 in Providence, Providence, Rhode Island, United States, aged 66.[1] She was buried in Swan Point Cemetery, Providence, Rhode Island.
