Clyde C. Curtis CURTIS, Clyde C. Age 91 of Creswell, Oregon passed away May 30, 1998. He was born May 11, 1907 in Bellingham, Washington to Manfred and Jose Curtis. He married Wanlyn “Billie” Lennon in Olympia, Washington on June 7, 1930 who preceded him in death on December 21, 1990. Mr. Curtis graduated from Adna High School in Washington and worked as an Electrical Millwright. He was a former resident of Roseburg, Elma, Washington and Olympia, Washington He lived in Creswell from 1991 to 1998. He was a priest in the Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. He enjoyed church, gardening and metal working in his shop at home. He is survived by his son, Calvin E. E. Curtis of Washougal, Washington; daughters; Joyce F. Andresaen of Ketchikan, Alaska and Maralyn A. Coop of Creswell, Oregon; brother, Guy Curtis of Everett, Washington; sisters; Freda Gibbens and Vera Pasa both of Yakima, Washington, thirteen grandchildren, twenty-five great-grandchildren, and two great-great- grandchildren. He was preceded in death by two brothers; Glen Curtis and Elmer Curtis. Memorial services will be held Friday, June 5, 1998 at 10:30 a.m., at the Reorganized Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, 1485 Gilham Rd., Eugene with burial at Shields Cemetery in Cottage Grove. Visitation will be Thursday, June 4, 1998 from 7 to 9 p.m. Memorial contributions may be made to Outreach International, c/o Veria Payne, 78876 Bryson-Sears Rd., Cottage Grove, Oregon 97424.
