Biography
John was born 29 Jul 1869 in Kankakee, Kankakee County, Illinois, USA. His parents were James Cushing (1847–1933) and Elizabeth Jane Cox Cushing (1844–1937). He had a brother named Charles Cushing (1877–1885).
In 1893 John married Druzzila Charlotte Stout Cushing. They had two children together.
John Dexter Cushing passed away 5 Aug 1938 in Cloud County, Kansas, USA. He was buried at the Greenleaf Cemetery in Greenleaf, Washington County, Kansas,
