On 2 March 1714/15, his widow Hester was granted the letter of administration for his estate.[1]
His inventory was taken on 8 February 1714/15 in Plymouth.[2]
His real estate inventory was taken on 22 June 1715.[3]
In 1717, the estate settlement mentions his widow, Hester, now wife of Benjamin Warren, and his children, Elkanah (eldest son), James, Elizabeth, and Hannah.[4]
