Seems like an interesting thing to follow.
I have taken a DNA test, so it probably makes sense to follow this tag.

I’m interested in contributing to these profiles.
Some of my ancestors are Huguenot migrants to the UK.
I am interested in languages, and it seems without this tag I was missing interesting G2G posts.
This is to help me follow discussions about WikiTree guidelines.
I am from the UK myself, and most of the ancestors of mine that I know of are from places that are now in the UK.

Hi Matthew, I'm trying to merge Mary Gaye Georgiana Lorna Shaw with Lady Mary‐Gaye G. Curzon, but it won't allow me. I keep getting 'permission denied' Maybe you can try?

Hi Matthew,

I’m Susie the new leader of the England Project. We are contacting all existing members of the project to find out how you are currently involved, and how you would like to be involved moving forward. Please have a look at the England Project page for more information, and then contact either myself or Gillian to let us know what you’d like to do, or if you have any questions. We can then list your interests, help you join the team in the Google group forum for England, and give you any help you might need to get going. If we don’t hear back from you we’ll assume you no longer want to be a part of the England Project at this time.

Many thanks and I look forward to hearing from you,

Susie :-)

Hi Guy,

I’ll see about joining Pre‐1700 projects after a mod has seen to my GEDCOM upload (probably less than 24 hours now).

For my pre‐1700 ancestors that I’m aware of so far, I will need to join the United Kingdom project (specifically the England subproject), and I’m not sure what project will apply to my French ancestors but I suspect it’s the Huguenot project.

I’m undecided whether I’ll join any others, but there are a few I’m considering and I don’t need to decide particularly soon.

Hi Matthew,

I see that you just did the Pre-1700 Self-Certification. That's great!

Is there a particular time period, location, or topic you're interested in? Maybe you have some historically-significant ancestors? Let me know. I can help you figure out if there's a project and introduce you to the project leaders.
