Thomas Cutler immigrated to New England as a child during the Puritan Great Migration (1621-1640).
Thomas Cutler was born 3 April 1633 in Norfolk, England to John and Mary Cutler. He came to Massachusetts with his mother and father and sisters and brothers on the ship "Rose" of Yarmouth, William Andrews, master, which sailed 18 April 1637.[1]
He resided in early manhood in Reading, Massachusetts, but settled in that part of Charlestown which was set off December 17, 1725, and incorporated as Stoneham, Massachusetts.
He married Mary, daughter of Edward Giles and Bridget (__) Giles, of Salem, Massachusetts, on 19 March 1659.[2] All their children have records of their births in Reading, Massachusetts:[3]
