Rebecca M. Dailey was born on June 26, 1822 in Tazewell County, Virginia, USA to Thomas Dailey and Sarah McIntosh Dailey. [1] Rebecca married on May 22, 1839 to her cousin, George Barton Greenup, b. June 16 1815, probably in Virginia. [2]

It states he was born in Virginia, and his wife, identified only as "Daily" was also born in Virginia, USA. Margaret was born approximately 1841 in Illinois, and died at the age of 82 in Vermont, Fulton, Illinois. She was buried in the Bushnell cemetery. [3]
