Cynthia E. Dale was born on 30 Dec 1823 at Tionesta, Forest County, Pennsylvania, the daughter of Jesse Dale and Mary "Polly" Lamb.[1]

In 1850, Cynthia Ball lived in Tionesta, Venango, Pennsylvania, with her husband Clinton and 4 children.[2]

Cynthia E. Dale Ball died on 10 Apr 1900 and is buried at the Forest Hill Cemetery, Fredonia, Chautauqua County, New York: Plot: E-111.[1]
