Biography
Conn was born in 1889. She was the daughter of Thomas Dale and Mary Braithwaite.
She arrived in Canada in 1912 from Cadiz, Spain. Nurse. Married Frank (Carty) Cartwright in the early 1950's
She passed away in 1979.
Her house built on Wolseley Ave in Winnipeg in 1930 cost $2171.00 according to the original cost estimate
