Frank was born in Wakefield, Yorkshire, England, on June 20, 1927. ^[1] He was the son of Frank Dale and Hilda Parker. His mother passed away in the first quarter of 1939. He was enumerated in the 1939 Register ^[2] residing with his widowed father and brother Anthony at 49 Whitehall Street, Wakefield. Paternal grand parents Henry and Mary Jane Dean also at residence. (Note...there is one redacted entry at address normally indicating a still living child).

No definitive record for a marriage found. Frank passed away in 1973. ^[3] His death was registered in the second quarter in Wakefield. He was forty six.
