In additional to Thomas, John and Elizabeth appear to have had at least 4 other children, while residing in Oxford Mass (Elizabeth b. 15 Jun 1759; Dolly b. 14 Dec 1760; John b. 23 Sep 1762 d. 1774; Paul b. 14 Aug 1764), followed by more children after moving to Dudley (George b. 15 June 1772; Barbara b. 14 Oct. 1774; John 12 Aug. 1776; Sarah or Sally (Dalrymple) Goulding 20 Dec. 1779; Andrew 14 June 1783).

It may be that Sally and Sarah were different daughters, the latter having been born in 1781 and having died in 1865 under the (widowed) married name Sarah Grout.
