Biography

Henry Agustin Dalton[1] was born 7 October 1888 in Tucson, Arizona[2] to parents Winnall Dalton and Maria Vasquez.

He was often referred to as Enrique, the Spanish form of Henry.

He married Anita Jacome on 15 October 1913 in Tucson, Arizona.

Later he married Idelle Waxman.

His grandkids knew him as Goom. He got this nickname from his grandson Henry Dalton who he would give gum to in hopes that his grandson would like him. Henry called him Goom because of the gum that he always gave, and the nickname stuck the rest of his life.[3]

He passed away 12 July 1975 in Tucson, Arizona.[4][5]
