Biography
Charlotte was born in North Caroina in 1840. She was the daughter of William Dalton and Mary Polly Jones. In 1858 Charlotte married David Mullins Matthews and together they were parents of eght children. They had the following children:
Charlotte passed away in 1873 at age 32.
