I agree they are the same person, but the birth records make no mention of 'Kip' and her father's surname was 'Dalÿ' or 'Dalij' (see https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/%C3%BF). I will go ahead and merge them into Daly-18 to match her father's LNAB from new sources.
