Richard Martin Dane of Killyhevlin (his heir who in 1809 married Anna Auchinleck b:1790)
William Dane (Capt.13th Reg. Foot & Capt. Cowans Co.) died Wexford in the Rebellion of 1798-1800
James Dane of Dromard (married a daughter of James Armstrong)
John Dane (Capt. 6th Foot; A.D.C. to H.R.H. the Duke of Gloucester; who married a daughter of Major Humphries of the 6th Foot)
Paul Dane (Ensign in Tyrone Militia)
Christopher Dane of Enniskillen (who died unmarried)
Alexander Dane (who died young : his head was cut off when playing “commons” on the ice at Killyhevlin)
Catherine Dane (who married Dr Trimble)
Elisabeth Dane (who married Captain Willis)
from "The History of Enniskillen" by Trimble, vol.p.300 - Paul Dane’s father was also Paul Dane whose father was John Dean or Dane, the Dane family came to Fermanagh from Hambleton, Devonshire in the 17th C . Paul Dane, Provost of Enniskillen, died 4.1.1745 age 98. According to family tradition he was present at the Battle of the Boyne ….. personally thanked by King William for the good work done by the Enniskilliners. His house (somewhere about Toneystick) was burned 13.7.1689, the day of the battle of Kilmacormick, least it be of use to the Jacobites. Later acquired lands at Killhevlin, Slee & Drummona.
