Biography

Margaret was born about 1616 and was baptised at Truro St Mary, Cornwall on 31 Oct 1616. She was the daughter of Jacob Daniel, merchant of Truro. ^[1]

On 10 Jun 1634 she married John Chattey at Truro St Mary. ^[2]

Margaret was named in a 1741 legal document that confirms her marriage to John Chattey and that their daughter was Catherine. The same document also names her as the only daughter and heir of Jacob Daniel, merchant. ^[3]
