Frank B Daniels was a thirty-nine year old Section Hand working for the railroad and living in Lake, Greene County, Arkansas according to the 1910 census. He stated he was born in West Virginia and his parents were born in West Virginia. The household included:

Frank B Daniels 39

Arthur L Daniels 5
Lula M Austin 3 [4]

Frank Daniels died 22 February 1947 in Paragould, Greene County, Arkansas and was buried in the Linwood Cemetery. His tombstone has "B. Frank Daniels". There are numerous opinions on his proper name. Some researchers have stated his name was Benjamin Franklin Daniels. The only time Benjamin appears on a document for him is in the Social Security record for the birth record of son Paul Edward Daniels (29 Jan 1917, Paragould, Arkansas) which lists Paul's parents as Bengium F. Daniels and Lula Hall. [5] He is usually listed as "Frank" Daniels. As previously stated the 1910 census of Greene County, Arkansas listed him as Frank B. Daniels. [6] Of course, all of this speculation is based on the assumption Frank Daniels of Ceredo, West Virginia and Frank Daniels of Paragould, Arkansas are the same person.
