Joseph died 21 November 1787 and was buried the following day at St-Michel-d'Yamaska.[1]
Research notes
The blog of Yvonne Demoskoff[2] notes the research done by Archange Godbout published in the periodical Mémoires concluded that Joseph's wife Catherine was the daughter of Louis Turcot and Marie Angélique Plante -whose mother was Marie Patenaude.
