Gladys Viola Dardinger was born on 26 Jun 1913 in Columbus, Franklin Ohio, USA.^{[1][2][3][4][5][6]}. She was the daughter of Carl Dardinger^{[1][2][3][4][6]}and Anna Thompson^[1][2][4][6]. In 1941 she attended school at Hartford High school, Hartford, Licking, Ohio, USA^[7] Gladys married John Fletcher Seward in 1947.^[4][6] They had one child, Janice. Gladys passed away in 1991.^[6][5]
