James Dare married Evaline Sinclair in 1881 at of about Shoalhaven in the New South Wales Colony.
James Dare the husband of Evaline Sinclair passed away in June 1935 and is buried at the Ipswich General Cemetery in Ipswich City, Queensland, Australia.

FUNERAL NOTICE.
DARE—The Relatives and Friends of the late JAMES DARE are in-vited to attend his Funeral to move from the Funeral Chapel, Lime-stone-street, at 11 o'clock THIS (TUESDAY) MORNING for the Ipswich Cemetery.

A daughter, Miss Z. Dare, is one of Queensland's two policewomen. The late Mr. Dare is survived by seven other daughters, Mesdames Klein (Tweed River), J. Jamieson (Ipswich), Morrison (Hamilton, Brisbane), F. Small (Sherwood), Rawlin-son (Cloncurry), Mapp (Murwillum-bah) and Miss Vera Dare (Tweed Heads) and four sons, Messrs. Fred-erick Dare (manager of Goulburn butter factory), Thomas H. Dare (cheese factory proprietor, Cooyar), J. Charles Dare (General Manager of Oakey butter factory), and George Dare (Pine Mountain). There are 23 grand-children, and two great-grand children. A brother, Mr. Alfred Dare, lives at Bomaderry, N.S.W. [1]
