Biography
When Archibald Shaw "Archie" Dargan was born on August 23, 1877, in Darlington, South Carolina, his father, George, was 36 and his mother, Ida, was 36. He had one son with Edith Austin on October 16, 1924. He died on March 20, 1950, in his hometown, at the age of 72, and was buried there.
